Discovery

For organizational work: confidential interviews, synthesis of what I'm seeing, and a custom proposal. For coaching: a goal-setting session with you and your stakeholders.

We do the actual work — coaching, facilitation, program delivery, or AI builds. With weekly syncs, detailed notes, and full transparency along the way.
