Looks Like
1:1 coaching based on your developmental goals. If your IT team allows it, we use AI chat assistants to help reinforce development goals in between coaching sessions.
2:1 interaction coaching focused on the dynamics between leaders. This looks at the dynamics between leaders in conflict and how to break down the ingrained behaviors that reinforce the dynamic.
Coaching can be either on a packaged per session basis or retainer based.
Team Development
Team conflict happens. Whether an offsite or sustained work over time, my role is to help kickstart greater team efficiency and build momentum. Working together, we stop the finger-pointing and build a robust operating system out of the talent you already have. The process is simple: we run a discovery process to understand context, then design a bespoke solution and then partner in lock step on delivery. The goal is simple: a team that moves better together and consistently delivers high-impact results.
Experience
Developed some of the earliest intact team intervention work at Facebook. Have facilitated 100+ days worth of content for teams undergoing change or crisis.
Looks Like
Day or multi-day facilitation focuses on deep skill development. Strategy and long range planning for teams provide actionable outcomes for the business and alignment across functions. This is the most common introduction to how team development works.
Longer term development focuses on sticking with the team through an extended behavior change process. Often paired with coaching individuals across the team in a retainer based model.
Approach is based on a robust discovery process and co-creation and deep partnership with the leader/sponsor/client.
Leadership Programs
Your systems should be working for you, not the other way around. Drawing on all my past experiences, we’ll partner to build the engine of leadership for your whole organization. We design development programs that are practical, repeatable, and actually stick, so you're never scrambling to play catch-up. This work isn’t off the shelf, but co-designed and in deep partnership with you to make sure it sticks. When you have a solid framework that actually resonates with leaders, folks will be ready for whatever complexity comes next.
Experience
Developed scaled cohort programs at FB/Meta focused on high potential leaders at the Senior Manager and Director levels. Have built white gloved leader programs at start ups and mid sized companies. Programs are custom fitted to the culture and language of the companies I work with to reduce “organ rejection” and the blandness that can come with out of the box.

Deep discovery and partnership to develop a culture and leadership aligned program that meets the need of the current challenges in the company. We’re solving for root causes, not symptoms of leadership challenges.
AI Education and Advisory
Get clear on what AI can (and can’t) do for you, your team, and organization. Generative AI has been a step change in how we work. And unfortunately, as organizations we’re pretty awful at adapting to it. There’s incredible anxiety in the system and it works against great adoption. We’ll explore how we can best leverage these tools to help development plans and organizational goals. We build to your context, so every set of instructions from assistants to agents is tailored fit.
Experience
Developed AI x HR education sessions, have led and developed complex technical training for start ups and a hospital network. Built scaled systems at FB/Meta to automate tasks. Established agentic workflows in my practice and built conversational assistants to support coaching, team development, and scaled leader programs. I’m a people engineer at heart.
